Old wives' tales would have it that sle`eping with a b`ra
What's the truth in the matter; will sle`eping with a bra on actually have any impact on the sha`pe/si`ze/pe`rkiness of your bre`asts - either for better or for worse - or could it have any other implications for your health? We asked Dr Seth RTH, founder of private GP chain London Doctors Clinic for the definitive answer: should you, or should you not, we`ar your b`ra to b.ed?
"Br`e`ast sa`gging is an inevitable fact of life for wo.men as they age," says Dr. Rankin, delivering the news we know but would probably rather not hear. The reason being, he explains, is because "the connective tissue holding br`ea`sts in place loses its elasticity over time."
Dr. Rankin does note that there are various different factors that can contr`ibute to the incre`ased likeliho`od of sa`gging br`ea`sts, including "pre`gna`ncy and bre`astfe`eding, gene`tics, sm`oking, dra`ma`tic w`eight-loss or gain, and perhaps even high-intensity activity". It's this, he says, that makes it "very hard to measure the effect of wearing a b`ra to b`ed, with so many other factors having far more significant effects".
